After Jagapathi Babu's Jai Bolo Telangana, yet another film based on the Telangana movement is being churned out in Tollywood. Titled Kolimi, this film stars Sivaji and is directed by Nagendra.While the shooting of this film is all set to commence, we hear that actress Ramya Krishna will appear as a Telangana professor in this flick. Reportedly, yesteryear super heroine Vijayashanti too has agreed to play a key role.
Based on the struggle for a separate Telangana, Kolimi was formally launched at Telangana Bhavan in Hyderabad recently. The film is jointly produced by Lavanya Reddy and Uma Parvathi under the banner of Charitra Creations. Dialogues are by Niyoga and cinematography by Muzeer Mallik.
